I looove me some monthly dog box subscriptions. Why? Because y’all know that I like life simplified. Being a stay-at-home-mom, wrangling two rambunctious toddlers while being pregnant, taking care of two high-energy dogs and aaaall of their many needs, keeping our house semi-presentable, and making sure everyone is fed and happy… I just forget to buy things to keep Abbie and Gunner extra happy. It’s just a lot, ya know? That’s why S’Collars Club is my saving grace!

S’Collars Club sends Abbie and Gunner delicious goodies and fun toys each month, that way they stay happy and healthy even when I forget to go the extra mile and get them things from our local dog boutique. I would rather someone just pick things out for my dogs based on their wants, breed size, activity level, etc. rather than me going to the store and standing there trying to decide what to get them! Have I ever told you I’m terrible at making decisions when there’s too many things to choose from? Oh, well now you know! I hate it! I end up buying WAY too much because I can’t make a decision! Seriously, I love S’Collars Club! They save me time AND money!

So what’s different about them than other dog box subscriptions? They base everything off of making your dog smarter and healthier! Okay, but seriously. How did you get started with your business?

Starting the business; I love the idea of a subscription box with treats and toys for dogs but I thought it needed more.  And working as a Registered Vet Tech, I have learned that dogs are not just the family pet but a family member. Owners want & deserve accurate information regarding their pup! So why not share the knowledge and passion I have for dogs with other dog lovers! 

What and who influences your work?

My clients influence my work! Their dogs, their needs and curiosity make me want to write about different topics. Helping to keep them healthy & happy, is what drives me & the company! 

What is/are your favorite pet brands and why?

Favourite brands; Zippy paws for toys have been a big hit! Royal Canin works hard to deliver great quality food. 

We tend to include a lot of hypoallergenic treats, or novelty proteins, as to not upset any dog’s stomach when enjoying the treats provided in the boxes! 

2020 has been a female dog… What do you have planned for your company in 2021?

2020 has been quite the year! But it is also the year S’collars Club was started, so I can’t complain too much ;p In a time like this, when times are tough, I know veterinary care can be expensive, so if the information found in our subscription boxes can help prevent a puppy from getting sick, or relieve some stress, that is my goal 🙂 

How can people support you and your business?

How can they support the business? Feedback is always appreciated. Let us know what they truly thought of the box. If their dog really liked the treats or not, which kind of toy was their favourite, etc . Post pictures to spread the word about our business!
